About Us

Michigan Wood Pellet Fuel, LLC was founded in 2006 by a small group of local businessmen and wood industry experts to not only fill a void in the marketplace, but also to contribute to society's move toward renewable resources.

In January of 2008 Michigan Wood Pellet Fuel was purchased by Woodstone USA LLC of Hingham, MA. Since being purchased, Michigan Wood Pellet Fuel has gone from operating one shift, five days a week with 12 employees to operating three shifts, seven days a week with 25 employees.
